I’ve had this for about two years now and it’s still working fine. it’s been reliable the whole time, so no real Complaints from me

It got here, but it took longer than I was expecting, so that was kind of a little annoying. Not the biggest deal, just slower than I thought it would be.

They got it sorted really quickly, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience and hassle-free.

I felt a little pressured to get everything sorted quickly, so I was relieved that the processing ended up being faster than I expected. I got the updates without having to keep chasing anyone, which was nice. The timing on a couple of emails wasn’t perfect, but overall it went smoothly. I’d give it 4 stars.

I had a really good experience with the sales team, they were easy to talk to, answered my questions in a way that actually made sense, gave me advice that felt practical, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to push me into buying extra stuff I didn’t need, so overall I’m happy with the help I got.

The ordering process was straightforward and I didn’t have to keep swapping parts because something wasn’t available. Overall it was a good experience, I’d definitely use them again.

From what I remember, the whole warranty process with Aftershock was smooth overall. My PC had an issue, and they managed to get it fixed without much hassle. That said, the staff I dealt with were helpful, and when the PC came back, it was working fine. Looking back, I’m happy with the experience, just think the communication could be a bit quicker.
